总结了利用电炉烟尘矿粉制备复合球团的产业化实践过程。首先工业试验与生产紧密结合同步进行,解决了复合球团产业化的两大关键技术问题。其次完善配套的产业化系统凸现节能、环保和清洁生产效能。使复合球团技术成为云南文山斗南锰业股份有限公司的核心竞争力之一。
This article has summered the practice in using furnace dust mine powder for preparation composite ball mission of industrialization. Experimental and industrial production are closely synchronized to solve two key technical problems of the industrialization of composite Pellet. Then we have perfected in matching industrializa- tion demonstration system of cleaner production in energy-saving, environmental protection and efficiency.
