铒激光微剥脱治疗脂溢性角化病63例疗效观察

Effect of Er:YAG laser therapy on seborrheic keratosis in 63 cases

目的:观察铒激光微剥脱治疗脂溢性角化病的临床疗效。方法:采用铒激光微剥脱治疗脂溢性角化病63例,210个皮损,根据皮损的部位、性质及对激光的反应,选择能量10～12.5J/cm2治疗。结果:63例患者,共计210个皮损,治疗8周后随访,176个皮损痊愈,治愈率83.80%,34个皮损显效,有效率100%,未出现创面感染和瘢痕形成。结论:铒激光微剥脱治疗脂溢性角化病有效且安全。

Objective To conclude the experience of the treatment of Seborrheic keratosis with Er：YAG laser. Methods 63 cases of Seborrheic keratosis ,210 lesions were treated with Er：YAG laser.The 10-12.5J J/cm2 energy density was choosen according to the nature ang location of lesion character and position and tissure response to Er：YAG laser. Results After 8 weeks,63 cases of Seborrheic keratosis.had 210 lesions ,Basic heal 176 lesions （83.80%）,notable effect 34 lesions,the cure rates of single treatment 100%,without infection and scar. Conclusion The Er：YAG laser is effective and safe method for treatment of Seborrheic keratosis.
