金合金嵌体与铸瓷嵌体修复磨牙牙缺损的临床应用研究

Comparative study of Au alloy inlays and ceramic inlays in restoting molar defect

目的:评价并比较金合金嵌体与铸瓷嵌体的修复效果。方法:分别采用金合金嵌体和铸瓷嵌体(IPS E.max Press)修复磨牙牙体缺损92颗和106颗,应用美国公共健康协会的修正标准对病例在6个月、1年、2年时进行复查,评价修复效果,将结果统计分析。结果:在边缘着色、边缘密合度、继发龋、食物嵌塞的发生情况上两者没有明显区别;在使用2年后修复体完整性上金合金嵌体优于IPS E.max.Press嵌体。结论:对于磨牙牙体缺损的修复,金合金嵌体与铸瓷嵌体均为成熟完善的修复技术,但两者性能存在差异,在选择适应证时应有所区别。

Objective To evaluate the clinical performance of Au alloy inlays and ceramic inlays in restoring the molar defect. Methods Au alloy inlays and ceramic inlays were used to restore 92 and 106 molar defect separately.All restorations were evaluated after half a year,1 year and 2 years according to modified USPHS parameters. Results There was no significant difference in marginal discoloration,marginal sealability, secondary carries and food embed between these two groups.The Au alloy inlays showed a significant performance resisting fracture than ceramic inlays. Conclusion Au alloy inlays and ceramic inlays were satisfied technology to restore molar defect.But there were some differents in Au alloy inlays and ceramic inlays.So,we should use these methods according the patients condition.
