恒前牙冠折再粘结的临床研究

Clinical research of reattachment of fractured permanent anterior tooth fragments

目的:研究恒前牙冠折再粘结的临床效果。方法:选择30例(42颗)外伤冠折的恒上颌前牙进行断冠再粘结治疗。在治疗后的1、2年对患牙进行断冠再脱落、修复体磨耗、边缘性龈炎、断牙自身颜色改变以及边缘染色的追踪观察。结果:断冠再粘结后1年成功率为90.5%,2年后成功率为81%。结论:恒前牙冠折再粘结作为即时修复和一种过渡性修复值得推广和应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of reattachment of fractured permanent anterior tooth fragments. Methods Choose 30 cases of 42 traumatic crown fracture of permanent maxillary anterior tooth fragment and then bonded to the treatment.In the first year and the second year the retention tooth was carried on to the tooth fragments fall off again,restoration abrasion, marginal gingivitis,broken tooth color change itself and edge dyeing of follow-up after treatment. Results The crown fracture fragments resulted in 90.5%overall retention rate in the first year,2 year later the success rate is 81%. Conclusion The reattachment of fractured permanent anterior tooth fragments as an immediate repair and transitional restoration is worth populating and applying.
