男性心输出量参考值与地理环境的因子分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的为揭示中国成年男性心输出量正常参考值的地理分布规律,制定中国成年男性心输出量正常参考值的统一标准提供科学依据。方法收集了中国48个市(县)级医院和有关研究单位及高等院校测定的11 794例正常人心输出量参考值,年龄在18至60岁之间成年男性的数据,应用SPSS17.0统计软件对数据处理,运用相关分析、因子分析及GIS软件,研究其与海拔、年日照时数、年平均气温等8项地理因素指标之间的关系。结果发现成年男子心输出量参考值与地理因素之间有显著的相关关系。利用因子分析及回归分析推导出一个回归方程:Y=6.203-0.000 007 175X_1-0.000 103 4X_2+0.009 402X_3+0.004 965X_4+0.000 084 85X_5-0.009 010X_6-0.024 15X_7-0.004 593X_8±0.068(F=13.344,P=0.000)。在以上回归方程中,Y是心输出量参考值(L),X_1是海拔高度(m)、X_2是年日照时数(h)、X_3是年平均气温(℃)、X_4是年平均相对湿度(%)、X_5是年降水量(mL)、X_6是气温年较差(℃)、X_7是年平均风速(m/s)、X_6是年日照百分率(%),0.068是剩余标准差。借助GIS软件中的地统分析模块,通过克里格(kriging)插值法精确地内插出中国成年男性心输出量参考值的空间趋势分布图。结论如果要知道中国某地成年男性心输出量参考值,可以根据当地的海拔高度、年日照时数、年平均气温、年平均相对湿度、年降水量、气温年较差、年平均风速、年日照百分率,通过回归方程计算,即可获得该地的成年男性心输出量参考值。同时也可以通过中国成年男性心输出量参考值的空间趋势分布图得出中国任何地区的成年男性心输出量参考值。 Objective To reveal the geographical distribution regularity and provide a scientific foundation for unifying the normal reference values of cardiac output(CO)of Chinese normal adult male in various region of China. Methods The normal reference values of cardiac output of 11 794 Chinese were collected from 48 municipal or county-level hospitals,the research institutes and universities. The data range from 18 to 60 in age. With the static analysis software of SPSS, and by using correlation analysis, factor analysis and GIS software, the relationship among the reference value of cardiac output and the geographical factors,including altitude(X1 ), annual sunshine duration (X2), annual mean temperature ( X3 ), annual mean relative humidity (X4), and annual precipitation ( X5 ), annual temperature range ( X6 ), annual average wind speed ( X7 ) and annual sunshine percentage ( X8 ), was analyzed. Results There was a significant correlation between the normal reference cardiac output and the geographical factors in China. With the Methods of factor analysis and regressive analysis, one regression equation is inferred: =6. 203--0. 000 007 175X1--0. 000 103 4X2+0. 009 402X3 +0. 004 965X4 +0. 000 084 85X5 --0. 009 010X6 -- 0. 024 15X7 -- 0. 004 593X8±0. 068 ( F = 13. 344, P = 0. 000), During the regression equation, Y is the normalreference cardiac output( L), X1 is the altitude ( m), X2 is the annual sunshine duration ( h), X3 is the annual mean temperature(℃ ), X4 is the annual mean relative humidity( % ), X5 is the annual precipitation(mL), X6 is the annual temperature range(℃), X7 is the annual average wind speed(m/s), X8 is the annual sunshine percentage(% ), 0. 068 is the residual standard deviation. With the aid of geostatistical analysis module of GIS spatial analysis and Kriging interpolation method,we interpolated the geographical distribution map of the reference value of CO in Chinese adult males. Conclusions If geographical factors of a specific area are obtained, the CO reference value of Chinese normal adult males in this area can be calculated by this model and the normal CO reference values of Chinese normal adult males in any regions can be obtained from geography distribution figure. The reference value of CO can be also be obtained by the geography Trend-surface distribution map of an area.
