摘要 埋设于地下的集输管网都面临着后期的腐蚀,解决腐蚀修复问题是集输管后期生产管理的主要问题。通过对HDPE管穿插修复技术工艺原理、HDPE管承压能力计算设计、管材原料、管材性能要求、管道短管、弯头处的连接方法、密封结构以及运行管理等的分析阐述,从而较详实地介绍了一种管道修复方法。这种方法可避免对腐蚀严重的管线全线开挖、彻底更换,因此成本相对较低,施工时间比较短,特别对于埋设于高大建筑物及重要交通干线下的管线腐蚀泄漏无法更换的问题也得到很好解决。原来的金属管道还作为承压管道,而内衬的HDPE具有非常好的防腐性能,总体上相当于金属与非金属的复合管,综合效果,特别是防腐蚀性能大大提高。 As the buried transmission pipelines have faced problems of later - stage corrosion, the repair of corroded pipelines has become a major issue in later - stage pipeline operation management. A pipeline repair method is described in detail by the analysis of process principles of HDPE pipe insertion repairing method, calculation of bearing pressure of HDPE pipes, material of pipes, performance of pipe materials, connection of stub ends and elbows, seal construction and operation management, etc. This application of this method can avoid the excavation and replacement of corroded pipelines, and is low in cost and short in construction time. It is especially applicable for the corroded pipelines under the high buildings, structures and trunk roads and railways, and provides a good solution to the repair of leaking corroded pipeline. In addition, the original pipeline still in place works as pressure - sustaining pipeline and the inserted inner HDPE pipe has an excellent corrosion - resistance performance. The pipeline inserted with HDPE pipe, which is just like a composite pipe of steel and non - steel, has greatly improved the corrosion - resistance performance of pipelines.
