废醋酸纤维素丙酮溶液的流变性和可纺性研究

Studies on Rheological Characterization and Spinnability of Waste Cellulose Acetate in Acetone Solution

摘要 用旋转粘度计研究了废醋酸纤维素(WCA)丙酮溶液的流变性质,考察了溶液对切变速率,增塑剂含量、浓度和温度的依赖关系,并对可纺性进行了研究。研究结果表明,WCA丙酮溶液的粘弹性低于CA丙酮溶液;WCA丙酮溶液的可纺性良好。 The rheological properties of the experimental waste Cellulose acetate (WCA) in acetone solution were determired through the use of a RHEOTEST—Ⅱ. The rheometer was used to determine the flow curves of the WCA in acetone solution, incluse versus rut of WCA contents, plasticizer agent, temperature. And studies on the spinnability of WCA in acetone solution. The results confirmed that the viscosity and eleasticity of the WCA in acetone solution lower than the CA in acetone solution. The spinnability of WCAAcetone was well.
