摘要
内质网应激(endoplasmic reticulum stress,ERS)与缺血性心脏病(ischemic heart disease,IHD)的发生和治疗有着密切的关系。进入21世纪之后,ERS作为IHD的重要机制受到各国学者的广泛关注。本文着重阐述以下三方面的研究进展:ERS激活的信号通路、内质网应激反应(ERS response,ERSR)范围内ERS对细胞保护作用的信号通路及超出ERSR范围后ERS对细胞损伤作用的信号通路,并在此基础上经过分析提出4条治疗IHD的思路。
Endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS) is closely related with the pathogenesis and therapy of ischemic heart disease (IHD). Sine the 21~t century, the mechanism of ERS in IHD receive extentive attention from reseach workers in the world. This article briefly introduces the research history of ERS and IHD, and focus on the research progress in the following three aspects: the signal pathway of ERS activation,the signal pathway of ERS's protective effects on cells within ERS response (ERSR), and the signal pathway of ERS's injury effects on cells beyond the ERSR. Based on these,4 considerations on the treatment of ischemic heart disease are proposed.
