上皮性卵巢癌快速发展1例及文献复习
摘要
目前全世界每年约有20．4万妇女罹患卵巢癌，尽管发病率相对较低，但致死率较高，病死率高的主要原因之一是早期诊断困难，Ⅲ／Ⅳ期患者约占75％，5年生存率仅为3（）％。多数情况下患者到晚期才出现症状，而腹痛、腹胀、恶心呕吐及尿急等症状又常和胃肠道疾病相混淆，因此卵巢癌被称为“沉默杀手”。卵巢癌自早期到晚期所经历的时间和历程至今仍令妇科肿瘤学界感到困惑。
