摘要
校本机制是促进在职教师专业发展的重要机制。就学校内部而言,"推的机制、引的机制与悟的机制"构成了促进教师专业发展的三大机制,如何推?如何引?如何悟?是构建以及运行三大机制的关键。
The school-based mechanism is an important way to promote those incumbent teachers＇ professional development. Within a school, the three major operations of promotion, guidance and enlightenment accelerate the teacher professional development. The key to construct and operate the three mechanisms is how to promote, how to guide, and how to enlighten.
