摘要
课堂观察为教师教育研究者所推崇。由于中小学教师工作繁忙、传统儒家思想影响、教学竞争的激烈环境以及多数教师缺乏必要的观察技能等原因,课堂观察在实践中开展的并不理想。学校尚需营造良好的学校课堂观察文化、提供必要的政策支持与保障、开展必要的课堂观察技能培训。定量与定性、宏观与微观、精细与粗化、针对与宽泛相结合多视角课堂观察研究方法应是未来课堂研究之路。
Classroom observation is advocated by teachers and educational researchers. Because of busy work of primary teachers, the effect of traditional Con^ucian thought, fierce competition of teaching environment and the lacking of necessary observational skills for the majority of teachers, Classroom observation carried out un- successfully in practice and had started to suffer impedance. The school still needs to build a good culture of class observation, to provide necessary policy support, guarantee and conduct to train necessary classroom ob- servation skills. The future classroom researches will be the combination of quantitation and qualitative analy sis, macro and micro, refinement and coarsening, concentration and broad to observe class research skills in many perspectives.
