摘要 应用欧拉-欧拉双流体模型模拟气固流动行为,同时采用气固相间的化学反应模型,气固相间曳力采用基于颗粒悬浮输送能量最小(MECST)的曳力模型模拟,研究1 025t/h循环流化床内气固流动及其反应特性。结果表明,炉膛内气体温度的分布呈现底部气体温度较低、裤衩腿末端区域气体温度较高、顶部气体温度降低的分布特性,模拟获得了炉膛内O2、CO2及CO质量分数的分布规律。 Euler-Euler two-fluid model was used to simulate flow behavior of gas and particles,and the heterogeneous chemical reaction model was applied to study carbon combustion reaction.The modified drag force on the basis of the minimal energy consumption for suspending and transporting(MECST) was used to simulate drag force between two phases.Flow behavior and reaction characteristics of gas phase and solid phase in a 1 025 t/h circulating fluidized bed(CFB) was studied.Numerical results showed that distributions of gas temperature were smaller in lower part and upper part of CFBB,and bigger at the pants bottom.Meanwhile,distribution of mass fraction of O2,CO2 and CO were obtained.
