摘要 模拟了实际大型2.25Cr-1Mo-0.3V钢制筒节热处理工艺条件,研究了不同板厚的筒节两次淬火+回火对材料组织和性能的影响。试验结果表明,经过两次淬火+回火后材料的综合力学性能及金相组织奥氏体晶粒度均有较大改善,特别是低温冲击韧性有较大提高。 The actual scale shell section heat treatment process condition was simulated,and the influence of microstructure and properties on shell section thickness of different as quenching + tempering state materials was researched.The results showed that,after being quenched + tempered,comprehensive mechanical properties and microstructure of austenite grain degrees of the test sample were greatly improved,and the mechanical properties of steel plate after twice quenching,especially the low-temperature impact toughness was greatly raised.
