摘要
针对带堆焊层的筒体-接管对接焊接接头因结构或检测设备的原因采用射线检测比较困难的问题,经过详细计算和严格论证,采用衍射时差法(TOFD)超声检测替代射线检测对其进行检测,取得了满意的结果。提出了对此类焊接接头采用衍射时差法(TOFD)超声检测过程中需要注意的问题。
The location was detected by radiation detection that the cladding cylinder and nozzle was jointed,but,due to structural or testing eqipment,radiographic detection was more difficult to achieve,after careful calculation and strict demonstration,the use of ultrasonic time of flight diffraction technique（TOFD） to replace its alternative-ray detection,and satisfactory results was achieved,and implementation of the technology issues that need attention was proposed.
