摘要
随着经济建设的飞速发展,模块化参数化设计已经成为当今制造业产品的主要设计模式,成为企业快速占领市场和开发新产品的必备手段。以行星传动电动葫芦作为研究对象,以Pro/E为设计平台,研究了行星传动电动葫芦基于模块化的参数化设计技术,研究了模块化参数化技术的基本原理及实现方法,在很大程度上改良了传统设计模式的弊端,缩短了设计周期,提高了设计质量和效率,适应了企业的快速发展。最后以行星传动电动葫芦的卷筒组为例,讨论了模块化参数化的实现方法,取得了较好的结果。
With the rapid development of economic construc- tion, modular parametric design has become the main design pat- terns of the products in the manufacturing industry and the necessa- ry means for the enterprise to rapidly response market and develop new products. By taking the planetary transmission electric hoist as the study object, the modular parametric design technology of the planetary transmission electric hoist was researched by taking Pro/Eas the design platform, the basic technology principle and the im- plementation method of the modular parameter was also studied, which modifies the shortcomings of the traditional design pattern, improves design quality and efficiency, adapts to the rapid develop- ment of enterprise. Finally, the implementations of the modular parametric for the drum group of the planetary transmission electric hoist are discussed, and the results are much better.
