摘要
目的利用HPLC法测定抗风湿液中大黄素的含量。方法以C18键合硅胶为填充剂,甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(80∶20)为流动相,检测波长为254 nm,流速为1.0 ml/min。结果大黄素在0.203 2~1.016 0μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(γ=0.999 5)Y=16 909 160.7 X~634 106.4,平均回收率为99.03%(RSD=1.59%)。结论本法快速、准确,可准确测定抗风湿液中大黄素的含量。
To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of Emodin in Kangfengshi. Methods Agilent ZORBAX (4.6 ×250mm, 5 p,m) was used as the analytical column and mobile phase was Methanol 0.1% Phosphate (80:20). The UV detection wavelength of Emodin was 254 nm. The flow rate was I. 0 ml/min. Results The linear ranger was 0. 2032 × 1. 01601xg (r = 0.9995) for Sinapine cyanide sulfonate, Y = 16909160.7X- 634106.4, the average recoveries of Emodin were 99.03% (RSD = 1.59% ). Conclusion This method is rapid, accurate and suitable for the simultaneous determination of Emodin in KanMengshi.
