摘要
目的探讨不同时间长度的热暴露对大鼠体温、体重及应激器官重量的影响。方法选用雄性Wistar大鼠,随机分为对照组和热暴露组。对照组大鼠置于室温24℃的环境中;热暴露组大鼠环境温度为32℃,分别进行7、14、35d的热暴露;采用体温遥感技术监测大鼠体温变化,并摘取其脑垂体及肾上腺等器官为实验标本。结果热暴露对大鼠的体温和体重无影响(P>0.05);7d热暴露可增加大鼠脑垂体和肾上腺的相对重量(P<0.05),而14d和35d的热暴露对大鼠脑垂体及肾上腺的相对重量无影响(P>0.05)。结论长时间的热暴露可使大鼠机体对热环境产生热适应。
Objective To investigate the effects of different heat exposure time on body temperature, body weight and relative weight of organ in rats. Method 36 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups: Rats in control group were kept at room temperature 24℃, while the rats in heat exposure group were exposed to heat in 32℃, which are consist of 7, 14 and 35 days exposure in heat groups. Body temperature was measured by telemetry, then pituitary and adrenal gland were picked up. Results Heat exposure did not affect the body temperature and body weight of rats ( P 〉 0.05 ). Seven days heat exposure significantly in- creased relative weight of pituitary and adrenal gland( P 〈 0.05 ) , while 14 and 35 days heat exposure did not affect those in rats ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Long time heat exposure could make body heat acclimation to hot environment in rats.
