摘要
利用透明质酸在196 nm波长紫外光下有吸收峰,并且透明质酸在0~1.0 g/L的质量浓度范围内与吸光度有良好的线性关系,采用紫外光谱法测定了发酵法生产透明质酸发酵液中透明质酸的浓度.结果表明,发酵液中透明质酸质量浓度为0.98 g/L,平均回收率为100.45%,相对标准偏差为0.78%,认为紫外光谱法是一种可准确测定透明质酸浓度的方法.
Hyluronic acid (HA) had absorption peak at 196 nm spectrophotometer, and the absorbance had good correlation with 0 - 1.0 g/L HA, so ultraviolet spectrophotomete was adopted to detect the con- centration of HA from fermentation broth. The result showed that the mass concentration of HA in the fer- mentation broth was 0. 98 g/L, the average recovery rate was 100. 45%, and relative standard deviation was 0. 78%. The result showed that ultraviolet spectrophotomete was an adaptable of accurate method for measuring the content of HA.
