一种零压零流软开关Buck逆变器研究

A soft-switching Buck inverter with zero voltage and current transition

摘要 设计了一种具有零电压零电流开通的Buck型逆变器,该逆变器拓扑能很好地实现软开关,不会给开关器件带来过大的电压和电流应力;对该逆变器采用比例微分控制策略进行了试验验证,结果表明,该逆变器输出波形好,瞬态响应快,并且鲁棒性强. A novel zero voltage and current transition -Buck inverter was presented. The inverter topology was easy to realize soft switching with improved efficiency of inverters that no too more vohage and current stressed to the switches. The discrete sliding control mode had been employed to modulate and control the proposed converter. The results showed that the proposed inverter had fine output waveforms, good transi- tion state response and robustness.
