柑橘炭疽病病原菌分子鉴定的研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 对应用各种分子手段检测和鉴定柑橘(Citrus spp.)炭疽病原菌(Colletotrichum spp.)的研究进展进行了综述,并对这些分子技术与常规方法相比较的优势及在该病病原菌鉴定上的重要作用进行了阐述,最后对今后柑橘炭疽病病原菌鉴定的研究方向进行了展望. Recent research progress on detection and identification of citrus anthracnose pathogens by using various molecular techniques was reviewed, and the advantages of these molecular techniques com- pared to routine ones were also elucidated, indicating their important roles in detection and identification of these pathogens. Finally, research prospects on identification of citrus anthraenose pathogens were proposed.
