摘要
文章建立了ICP-MS测定钢中硼、铝的分析方法,优化了仪器的工作参数,讨论了基体效应等对测定元素信号的影响和消除。硼、铝元素的质量浓度在0~100 ng/mL范围内有良好的线性关系,相关系数在0.999%以上。Al元素的测定范围为0.000 5%~0.01%,B的测定范围为0.000 1%~0.01%。
In the paper,the analytic method of determining Al and B in steels with ICP-MS is established and the working parameters of instruments are optimized.Moreover,the influences and elimination of matrix effect on the signals of determining elements are discussed.The results show that the mass concentrations of Al and B are with fine linear relations in the range of 0~100 ng/mL,the correlation coefficient is above 0.999% as well as the measurement ranges of Al and B are 0.000 5%~0.01% and 0.000 1%~0.01% respectively.
