文章主要介绍了冷弯成型孔型系统设计的基本思路和设计方法,并以0.8 mm×12 mm药芯焊丝生产为例,采用综合弯曲法进行孔型系统设计。经实际验证,该孔系统设计合理,采用综合套曲法确定的各道次套曲角和套曲半径合理。

In the paper,the basic thinking and design procedures for designing passes of cold bending forming are mainly introduced.Moreover,the method of synthetical bending is introduced by taking the 0.8 mm×12 mm cored electrodes as an example.The practices prove that the angularity and bend radius of all passages with this design are reasonable.
