小型凝汽式汽轮发电机组低真空供热技术研究

Researches on Technologies of Supplying Heat with Low Vacuum for Small Condensing Steam Turbosets

文章介绍了小型凝汽式汽轮发电机组低真空供热工艺发行的基本方法,即通过降低机组真空度提高排汽温度,加热循环水用于采暖,并以包钢4#发电机为例进行了经济效益和环境效益分析。针对系统发行时应注意问题提出了相应的对策,为同类机组父权真空供热发行提供了借鉴和参考。该技术具有良好的发展空间和推广前景。

In the paper,it is introduced the basic methods of supplying heat with low vacuum for small condensing steam turbosets,that is the exhaust temperature is increased by reducing the vacuum degree and the circulating water is heated for heating.The economic and environmental benefits are analyzed by taking 4# generator in Baotou Steel as an example.Moreover,the relevant countermeasures are proposed aiming at the problems should be noticed in applications of the system,which provide the references for supplying heat with low vacuum for the similar set.This technology is with good spaces for development and prospects for popularizing.
