摘要
根据TR30矿用车主要部件参数,利用I-deas NX5软件建立整车模型,在平直路面状态下进行了实际制动力仿真,并对该车行车时制动减速度、制动距离、反应时间进行了试验测试。结果表明,在实际状态下仿真准确度可达98%,在一定条件下能够预测实际行车的制动性能。
According to the parameters of primary parts for TR30 mining vehicles,the simulation of actual braking force on the straight road surface is carried out by establishing the model of whole vehicle with I-deas NX5 software.Moreover,the braking deceleration,braking distance and reaction time of the vehicle are tested.The results show that the accuracy of emulation could reach 98% with the virtual conditions so that the real braking ability could be forecasted with certain conditions.
