摘要
自清洗过滤器是灌溉节水系统的关键设备,随着微灌系统自动化程度的提高,该设备对自动化程度要求也越来越高。为此,在介绍了过滤器特点及原理的基础上,提出了优化方案,即改变排污管、吸管、吸嘴的直径,调整吸管的位置和数量,具体就是按照水流方向逐渐增大排污管直径,减小吸管和吸嘴的直径,增多吸管的数量或者将吸管的位置整体向下移动。通过结构优化,提高了过滤效率,延长了过滤器整体结构的使用寿命,为今后研制和开发更加新型自清洗过滤器提供了多样性选择。
Self-cleaning filter is the key equipment in the irrigation water system. With the increasing of automation degree of micro irrigation systems, the requirements of this equipments on automation degree are getting higher and higher. Therefore, the paper sketched out the filter's characteristics and principle, on the basis of the original analysis and provided an optimized scheme : change the diameter of drain outlet, straw and suction nozzle ; regulate the position and numbers of the straws. That is according to the direction of flow gradually increase the diameter of sewage pipe and reduce the diameter of straws and suction nozzle ; or increase the number of straws and move down the whole straw's position. Through the opti- mization of the filter's structure, improve the efficiency of filtering, extend the service life of the filters of the whole structure. It provides the diversity of choice to research and develop the more self-cleaning filter.
