The comparison and improvement of waste gas treatments for PET plant

介绍了PET装置废气处理的各种现有工艺,并提出了采用尾气喷射器的改进工艺。通过对现有和改进废气处理工艺在环保、效果和节能降耗等方面的比较,可以得出:废气采用尾气引射器的处理工艺,不仅投资和运行费用低,且可实现PET装置正常生产时无废气的组织排放,达到装置的清洁化生产。

This paper describes the existing waste gas treatment processes of polyester system,and proposed to use tail gas ejector to improve the process.Through the comparison on environmental protection,treatment efficiency,energy saving and other aspects with what under the existing gas treatment technology,it shows that,having the process with tail gas ejector,not only the investment and operating costs gets lower,and with none waste gas emission under the normal production of polyester system,the clean production can be achieved.
