The balance control of fresh EG and reuse EG in the whole system in PET plant operation was introduced.Resonable distribution and use was achieved.The repetitive operation of the water in the system should be avoided.This can ensure the stable operation of the plant,but also can reduce the energy consumption.The liquid level fluctuation of the first esterification reactor was reduced.The EG entrainment in slurry mixing tank vent exhaust was decreased.
