道路抢修应急系统的设计及应用

摘要 本文采用5W1H方法,对公共应急系统中的数据要素、业务流程以及各流程间的相互关系进行了分析。并以公共应急事件的业务流程为依据,从时间维角度出发结合实际需求分析设计一套适应于公共应急需求的系统方案。并利用ArcEngine组件开发天津市市政公路局道路应急辅助系统,以对该模型的可行性进行验证。 In this paper, we used a method called "SW1H"to analyse the data elements and business processes of public emergency system, as well as the relationship between these various processes. Basing on the business flow of public emergency events and ac- tual needs, we designed an adaptable emergency system from the perspective of time dimension. In order to verify the feasibility of this emergency system, we build an application for Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Transportation road and applied it to practice.
