摘要
为了精确测量分立元件的参数,提出以单片机为控制核心的RLC器件测量仪的设计制作方法。该测量仪以STC12C5A60S2单片机为控制核心,以DDSAD9850自制信号源和RLC测试电路为主要模块设计实现了对电阻、电感和电容元器件进行测量的仪器,使用16位的模数转换芯片AD7705对L、R、C分压有效值进行实时采样,自制信号源频率可达0.5HZ-10MHZ。经实验验证,本文设计的RLC器件测量仪电阻测量最大误差≤1%,电容测量最大误差≤1%,电感测量最大误差≤1.5%。
In order to accurately measure the parameters of discrete components, a method of designing the RLC Digital Measurer based on single chip was proposed. The RLC Digital Measurer was designed by selecting STC12C5A60S2 as the core-controller, the DDS AD9850 signal generater as well as RLC test circuit. Besides, the 16-bit conversion chip AD7705 was used in the section for real-time sampling of the voltages of the R,L,C, frequency of the signal reaches up to 0.5HZ-10MHZ. experiment results show that the RLC Digital Measurer is better and more accuracy with the maximum measurement errors of resistance ~〈 1%, the maximum measurement errors of capacitance≤1%, and the maximum measurement errors of inductance ≤ 1.5%.
