Small and Medium-sized Cultural Enterprises and Cultural Content Industry

摘要 大力发展并提升文化内容产业,是繁荣我国文化、发展文化产业的必由之路,也是提升国家文化软实力的重点所在。中小文化企业特别是中小民营文化企业是文化内容产业创作与生产的主力军。然而,就目前我国文化内容产业的发展格局而言,依然存在着较大的制约因素,既需要有关方面采取有效措施加以解决,也需要文化内容生产企业寻求突破之道。基于从事文化内容生产的中小文化企业与文化内容产业发展之间的关系,提出政府和企业应当同步努力以改变现状。政府应采取相应的具体扶持政策和措施,企业应重视品牌化发展和产业链的打造。 The only way to prosper China's culture and to develop cultural industry is to strive to develop and enhance cultural content industry.Meanwhile,it plays a key role in promoting national cultural soft power.Small and medium-sized cultural enterprises,especially those privately owned ones,are the main force of creation and production in cultural content industry.However,in terms of the development pattern of cultural content industry,there are still greater constraints currently.It not only requires the related authorities to take effective methods to solve this problem,but also requires cultural content enterprises to seek breakthrough methods.In this paper,preliminary analysis has been done to the relation between small and medium-sized cultural enterprises,which work on producing cultural content,and the development of cultural content industry.Based on all these analysis,concrete measures that the Government should take and basic strategies of self-development enterprises have been proposed.
