临床麻醉信息系统在住院患者手术路径中的应用与研究

Clinical anesthesia information system in inpatients′ operating pathway:Application and investigation

麻醉科作为医院外科系统的枢纽科室,提高其工作绩效非常重要,通过临床麻醉信息系统(clinical anesthesia in-formation system,CAIS)在住院患者手术路径中的应用,探讨其在手术麻醉科的使用价值。CAIS由硬件部分和软件部分构成,将手术患者分为术前、术中和术后共3种状态进行管理。CAIS的应用体现了以患者为中心,服务患者的主旨;减轻了麻醉医师医疗文书书写的工作强度,提高了医疗工作质量;促进了科室及医院的管理水平的提高。CAIS的应用使手术室和麻醉科的信息化管理水平大幅提高。

It is important to enhance the work efficiency of the department of anesthesiology as the surgical hinge in the hos- pital. This study is to investigate the application value of the clinical anesthesia information system （CAIS） in the inpatients＇ operating pathway in the department of anesthesiology. The CAIS, made up of hardware and software, is used for the pre-, peri- and post-opera- tive management of patients. It reflects the stress on patients-oriented service, eases the intensive paperwork of anesthetists, and im- proves the work and management efficiency of both the department and the whole hospital. The application of the CAIS has greatly en- hanced the digital management in the department of anesthesiology.
