摘要
从啤酒生产线的装罐车间杀菌机内分离出两株细菌,通过形态特征观察、生理生化特征测定、16SrDNA序列及其系统发育分析,鉴定菌株T-1和菌株T-2分别属于气单胞菌属(Aeromonas Sp.)和假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas Saponiphila),并采用柠檬酸溶液对两株菌的抑菌性进行检验,结果表明,在柠檬酸的质量浓度低至0.001 25g/mL时,对两株细菌都存在较好的抑制作用,这对啤酒生产的微生物控制具有一定的参考。
Two bacterial strains contaminated were isolated from beer production line. Based on the obser- vation of morphology, the determination of physiological and biochemical characteristics, the analysis of 16SrDNA sequence and phylogenetic tree, Strain T - 1 and strain T - 2 were identified as the strains of Aeromonas Sp. and Pseudomonas Saponiphila, respectively. Effect of citric acid on the two strains was studied, and results showed that citric acid could inhibit their growth even if the concentration was as low as 0. 001 25 g/mL.
