摘要
为提高国内中低压配电网络的自动化水平,开发了一种基于GPRS的中低压配电网管理系统,并通过软件编程来实现网络中断后数据保存和网络恢复后再把数据发回控制中心的功能。结果显示,系统可在控制中心对配电站的运行进行实时监测和控制,实现无人值守。该系统操作简便、可靠性高,经调试,运行良好,具有很好的推广使用价值。
In order to improve the automation level of the domestic middle and low voltage distribution net- works, in this paper a monitoring system of middle and low voltage distribution network based on GPRS is introduced. In this system, the data can be automatically stored when network communication interrupts and the stored data will be sent back to control center when network returned to normal, and all these functions can be implemented through software programming. The results show that the real-time monito- ring and control of distribution's operation can be provided by the remote terminal unit without a watcher. After debugging this system is easy to operate with good reliability and works well, and so it has good val- ue for applications.
