试论深圳创意设计的知识产权保护体系构建

On Shenzhen innovation design's intellectual property protection system construction

深圳虽获得"设计之都"称号,但创意设计的知识产权保护仍有待加强。本文在分析现存问题的基础上,提出应从提高立法针对性,增强执法高效性,加大司法震慑性,加速知识产权人才培养,树立尊重知识产权、崇尚创造的城市精神等几方面入手,构建深圳创意设计知识产权保护体系。

Shenzhen was awarded as ＂City of Design＂, but we still need to strengthen the intellectual property protection in creative designproduct. Based on the analysis of the current prmblems, the paper put forward that we should raise the focalization in legis- lation, increase the high efficiency in law enforce- ment, enhance the authority in justice, bring up tal- ented people, respect intellectual property, advocate innovation, and to build the creative design intellec- tual property protection system in Shenzhen.
