离岸贸易作为一种新型的国际贸易形式,已经成为国际贸易中的重要组成部分。本文在对上海外高桥保税区离岸贸易发展现状进行统计梳理的基础上,分析上海发展离岸贸易中存在的问题和主要瓶颈障碍,并就这些问题障碍进行分析,提出深入发展离岸贸易的政策建议。

Offshore trade has become the important component of international trade as a new form of in- ternational trade. Based on the statistical study of Waigaoqiao bonded area ＇s offshore trade, the thesis studies the specific problems and other obstacles in developing offshore trade of Shanghai, And then it analysis these issues, At last, the author put forward some policy recommendations for Shanghai to develop offshore trade.
