摘要
西方英美国家公务员激励研究路径主要分为两种:一种是事前的制度激励研究路径,主要包括宏观的产权制度激励与微观的管理制度激励两类;另一种则是事后的声誉激励研究路径。两种路径对于我国公务员激励机制构建具有重要的启示意义。
The research of civil servants motivation path in Britain and United States is mainlydivided in- to two kinds, One is advanced motivation system includ- ing macro human capital property rights system and mi- crocosmic management system. The other is reputation motivation path. Two kinds of path have important en- lightenments to Chinese civil servants motivation sys- tem.
