摘要
产业结构优化升级是新时期转变经济发展方式的着力点。基于Moore结构变化值和产业结构超前系数,通过统计数据资料对新疆产业结构升级的速度和方向进行了定量测度与评析,在此基础上,提出了促进新疆产业结构优化的对策措施。
the optimization and upgrading of indus- trial structure is the focus of transformation of the mode of economic development in a new period. Based on the Moore structure change value and industrial struc- ture advanced coefficient, it measure and analysis the speed and the direction of upgrade on Xinjiang industry structure through the statistical data quantitatively ,on this foundation, put forward to the countermeasure measure of optimizing industrial structure in Xin- jiang.
