特色产业园区及其评判指标体系

Characteristic industrial park zone and its evaluation index system

本文论述了产业园区由产业集群、高新科技产业园区、专业型工业园区、生态工业园区和特色产业园区五个阶段形成的发展演进过程,指出特色产业园区是产业园区发展的高级阶段,是区域经济发展的新模式。综合前人研究成果提出了特色产业园区的定义与特征,从产业集中度、产业关联度、园区竞争力、持续发展力和政府支持度五个维度制定出一套特色产业园区评判指标体系,并运用该指标对南宁市10个产业园区进行研究。

The paper describes the evolution of in- dustrial park experiencing five periods including in- dustrial cluster, hi-tech industrial park, profession- al industrial park, ecological industrial park and characteristic industrial park,and points that the characteristic industrial park is the higher level of the development of industrial park, which is the ne~ mode of the development of regional economic.The defi- nition and feature of characteristic industrial park has been given based on the former research,a evalua- tion system for characteristic industrial park i.s es- tablished from five dimensions concerning industry concentration, industrial associate,industrial pank competitiveness, sustainable development capacity and goverment support, and 10 industrial parks in Nanning are discussed with the system.
