康妇消炎栓配合氧氟沙星、甲硝唑治疗慢性盆腔炎67例

Ofloxacin and Metronidazole Coordinated with Kangfu Antiinflammatory Suppository for Treating Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease in 67 Cases

目的观察康妇消炎栓配合氧氟沙星、甲硝唑治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法选取2009年3月至2010年9月收治的慢性盆腔炎患者134例,随机分为两组,对照组67例常规西药治疗,治疗组67例予以氧氟沙星、甲硝唑口服及康妇消炎栓塞肛,3个疗程后评价疗效。结果治疗组临床痊愈率为64.18%,显效率为20.90%,有效率为10.45,无效率为4.48%,总有效率为95.52%;对照组的临床痊愈率为34.33%,显效率为19.40%,有效率为17.91%,无效率为28.36%,总有效率为71.64%。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论将氧氟沙星、甲硝唑配合康妇消炎栓应用于慢性盆腔炎的治疗,效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ofloxacin and metronidazole coordinated with Kangfu Antiinflammatory Suppository in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods 134 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in our hospital from March 2009 to September 2010 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group（67 cases） was treated by routine Western medicines, while the treatment group（67 cases） received the treatment of ofloxacin and metronidazole combined with Kang- fu Antiinflammatory Suppository. After 3 treatment courses, the total effective rate and adverse reactions were statistically analyzed for comparison between the two groups. Results The clinical cure rate, excellent effective rate, effective rate and invalid rate were 64. 18% , 20. 90%, 10.44% and 4.48% in the treatment group with the total effective rate of 95.52% , and 34.32% , 19.40%, 17.91% and 28.36% in the control group with the total effective rate of 71.64%, showing that the treatment group was superior to the control group with statistical difference（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Ofloxacin and metronidazole coordinated with Kangfu Antiinflammatory Suppository is significantly effective to treat chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and worthy of wide clinical application.
