新农村文化建设与新型农民的培育

The New Rural Cultural Construction and the Cultivation of New Farmers

农民是新农村建设的主体。建设社会主义新农村与构建和谐社会,必须培养造就大批有道德、有文化、懂技术、会经营的新型农民。我们不得不承认,经过30年的改革开放,农村的经济、民主、文化、法制等取得了一些惊人的进步和发展,但我们同时也必须清醒地认识到,与城市相比,农村的文化建设仍相当落后,农民的教育程度和文化素质都比较低,当务之急应该是加强新农村文化建设,培育新型农民。本文结合近几年提出的几个中央一号文件,主要从解释新型农民的内涵、新农村文化建设与新型农民培育之间的关系,以及当前新农村文化建设现状与新型农民的培育不相适应等方面入手,来探讨新型农民培育的方法和途径。

The farmers are the main role in building the new countryside.To build a new socialist countryside and harmonious society,we must cultivate a large number of educated,skilled and operated new farmers.We have to admit,after three decades of reform and opening up,the rural economy,democracy and culture have had a big development.Though such amazing progress and development,we must also clearly understand that compared to cities,the culture of rural areas is still very backward,the quality education of peasant is relatively low,so we have to vigorously strengthen the building of rural culture and new farmers.This paper combine the several No.1 central documents in recent years,mainly from explaining the meaning of new farmers,the relationship between the new rural cultural construction and the cultivation of new farmers,and the current status that new rural culture are incompatible with the cultivation of new farmers,so as to explore new ways and means of fostering new farmers.
