基于博弈分析的扶贫资金互助社发展路径选择

A Solution Analysis of Cooperative Fund Loan to Poor Farmers(CFLPF) Development Based on the Game Theory

扶贫互助资金项目是国家继扶贫贴息贷款之后推广的又一项重要的信贷扶贫项目,自2006年开始在全国试点以来,在发展中逐步变革。扶贫资金互助社的运行本身就是一个政府和互助社之间利益的冲突与协调的博弈过程,本文着重分析了二者行为抉择间的完全信息静态博弈,确定了混合策略的纳什均衡点,在此基础上对扶贫互助资金项目的发展提出了相应的建议和对策。

The CFLPF(Cooperative Fund Loan to Poor Farmers) program is one the most important programs aiming to eliminate poverty.It starts from 2006 and is now under rapid development.The PCF program by itself is a gaming process in which the government and cooperation organization plays as the gamers.This paper sets focus on a game of complete information based on the their options,then a Mixed Strategy Nash Equilibrium Point was found,based on which further policy suggestions were proposed regarding the CFLPF program development.
