基于因子和聚类分析的乡镇经济发展研究

Study on Township Economy Based on Factor and Cluster Analysis

乡镇经济是区域经济的重要组成部分,其发展有其自身的特点。以河南省偃师市的16个乡镇作为样本,运用主成分和因子分析方法进行实证分析,提取出综合经济实力因子、农业发展实力因子、第三产业发展因子、工业发展实力因子4个主因子,并基于因子得分矩阵对16个乡镇进行聚类分析。结果表明:反映经济发展整体水平的综合经济实力因子和农业生产规模的农业经济实力因子处于主导地位,同时第三产业发展因子和工业发展实力因子的作用也不可忽视。对此,提出了农业的产业化发展、发展新型工业、推动乡镇企业发展、特色建镇以及乡镇的非均衡发展等乡镇经济科学发展建议。

Township economy is an important part of regional economy and its development has its own characteristics. This article takes 16 townships in Yanshi city of Henan province as samples,applies the method of principal component analysis and factor analysis to make empirical study, extracting comprehensive economic strength factor,agricultural development power factor, 1he tertiary industry development factor and industrial development strength factor as main factors, then makes cluster analysis based on main factors＇ score matrix of the 16 townships. The results show that the comprehensive economy strength fator which reflects the overall level of economic development and the agricultural economic strength factor which reflects the agricultural production scale are in the leading position, the functions of the tertiary industry development factor and industrial development strength factor cannot be ignored either. Accordingly, suggestions for scientific development are proposed which include developing agricultural industrialization, initiating new industries, promoting township enterprises, building township characteristics, balancing township development and etc.
