Law is the significant means for realization of justice and the judges represent justice. The ad ministrative agencies are authorized with the quasijudicial power to make administrative adjudication. The officials presiding the administrative adjudications are increasingly attracting the public＇s attention, since the true realization of justices also depends on these officials performance of their duties. The administra tive judges in the United States are playing an increasingly significant role in the society. Although they are not as prominent as their counterparts in the court, the administrative judges win more respect than be fore.
