摘要
分析了锁式铁氧体器件的等效负载特性,在此基础上给出了专用驱动电路的设计,并分析了其原理以及应用结果。从中可以看出,该电路能用于驱动所有锁式铁氧体器件。
Based on analysis of the equivalent load characteristics of latching ferrite devices,a special driver circuit is presented.The design of the circuit is described.Its fundamental rules and applications are discussed.And the experimental results are given.This circuit is applicable for all kinds of latching ferrite devices,especially latching phase shifters.
