摘要
介绍了电致化学发光传感器由于使用光纤、发光活性试剂固化和电极覆膜技术既保持了电致发光分析法灵敏度高、重现性好、操作简便的特点 ,又提高了分子识别能力且实现了仪器的小型化和实用化。在生化分析、药物检测、免疫分析等方面有广阔的应用前景。
WT5”BZ]:Electrochemiluminescence (ECL) sensor has not only maintained the peculiarity of ECL analytical method,including high sensitivity,good repeatability,simple operation,but ,improved capability of molecular discrimination as well brought about practicable miniaturization of apparatus,because it has used optical fiber,immobilization of the luminous reagent and the membrane of protecting modified electrode.The ECL snesor will get widely application in the biochemical ,medicamentous and immune analysis.
