摘要
以Bi(NO3 ) 3 和NaOH为原料 ,用二步水解的方法通过添加剂进行改性直接制备出Bi2 O3 微粒 ,在30 0℃焙烧 1h后得到纳米粉末。用XRD、TEM对样品的组成、大小、形貌进行表征。结果表明 ,样品纳米Bi2 O3 为类球形 ,粒径 5 0~ 70nm 。
WT5”BZ]:Bi 2O 3 was prepared by Bi(NO 3) 3 and NaOH with the method of two-step hydrolysis and it's property was modified by additive. The nanometre powder was gotten after 1 h roast at 300 ℃.It's composition,size and microstructure were determined by XRD and TEM. It was indicated that the sample was spheroidic and dispersed evenly. Its size was between 50~70 nm. [WT5”HZ]
