合理情绪疗法对精神分裂症后抑郁患者社会功能及生活质量的影响

Effect of rational-emotive therapy on post-schizophrenia depression patients′ social function and quality of life

目的:探讨合理情绪疗法对精神分裂症患者社会功能及生活质量的影响。方法:将135例精神分裂症后抑郁患者随机分为研究组(67例)和对照组(68例)。对照组使用常规药物治疗及一般心理护理,研究组采用合理情绪疗法合并常规药物治疗,时间为6个月,采用Morningside康复状态量表(MRSS)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)及世界卫生组织编制的生活质量量表(WHOQOL)对患者进行评估。结果:6月后研究组MRSS总分、依赖程度、活动能力、社会交往、目前症状和病态行为及SDSS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);生活质量中的睡眠与精力、躯体不适感、运动与感觉、精神紧张度、负性情感、正性情感、认知功能、自尊、社会支持、人际关系、工作能力、体闲活动、家庭与婚姻及生活质量总评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:合理情绪疗法有助于改善精神分裂症后抑郁患者的社会功能,提高其生话质量。

Objective：To study the effect of rational-emotive therapy on post-schizophrenia depression patients＇social function and quality of life.Methods：135 patients were randomly divided into study group（67 cases） and control group（68 cases）.Conventional drug therapy and General psychological care were used in control group,and rational-emotive therapy and conventional drug therapy were used in study group,all the patients were evaluated with MRSS,SDSS and WHOQOL after 6 months.Results：After 6 months,MRSS total score,dependence,move ability,social interaction,symptoms,pathological behaviour and SDSS score in study group were significantly lower than those in control group（P0.05,P0.01）;the sleep and energy,physical discomfort,sports and feeling,spirit tensity,negative emotions,positively emotions,cognitive function,self-esteem,social support,interpersonal relationship,working ability,body idle activities,marriage and family and life quality total score in study group were significantly higher than those in control group（P0.05,P0.01）.Conclusion：Rational-emotive therapy can help to improve the social function of post-schizophrenia depression patients,and improve their quality of life.
