摘要
介绍了烧结混合料水分测量的常用方法 ,针对快速失重式水分仪在线测量存在的问题 ,采用了复合法作为烧结混合料水分测量的新方法 ,将电导水分测量装置与快速失重式水分仪有机结合 ,建立了复合测量校正模型。通过分析和实验 ,证实了复合测量校正模型的正确性。
WT5”BZ]The common measuring methods of moisture in sinter mixed material are introduced. The complex-measuring method is used as a new measuring method of moisture content in granular materials ,and thus solves problems of moisture meter in high-speed weight loss method on line.Having combined the high-speed weight loss method with the conductivity-measuring method,the continuous measurement mode of complex-measuring method is set up. The validity of the mode is approved by studing and practice. [WT5”HZ]
