A Consideration on the Psychological Contract of the College Classroom Teaching

传统的课堂教学管理过分强调思想教育和规章制度等有形规范的作用,却忽视了无形规范的心理契约的存在及其对高校课堂教学管理的影响。文章通过对心理契约及其效能的认识,分析了高校课堂教学中重视师生心理契约的必要性,并提出了课堂教学中建构心理契约的管理策略。
