兰新铁路提速区段道床冻胀试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 兰新线提速区段线路、路基因冬季冻胀、春季融化后翻浆冒泥等病害,需限速运营.主要分析了兰新铁路提速区段道床冻害机理.结合室内冻胀试验,得出了兰新铁路道床脏污程度比较严重,含泥量超标,且含水率较大.同时阐明了兰新线提速区段道床冻害主要影响因素是含泥量和含水率.并结合兰新铁路的实际情况,根据试验成果,提出了相应的工程整治措施,即清筛道床和做好道床排水.进而达到改善道床工况,延长使用期限,保证行车安全的目的. In the speed up section of Lanzhou-Xinjiang Railway,the train must be driven in a limited speed,for the line and subgrade disease of frost boiling and mud pumping caused by its freezing in winter and melting in spring.The mechanism of frost damage is mainly analyzed.On the basis of the laboratory frost heaving test,the conclusion that the track bed is in serious smudgy,the mud content is over standard and the water content is large is drawn.Furthermore,the major influential factors are pointed out to be mud content and moisture content.In accordance with the actual situation of Lanzhou-Xinjiang Railway and the test result,the corresponding renovating measures are put forward,that is,ballast bed cleaning and drainage,so as to improve track bed conditions,extend the period of use and ensure the safe operation.
